Port of New York and New Jersey: Master Plan 2050
KEEPING IT MOVING
The Port Master Plan 2050 is a comprehensive plan to chart the course of the NY-NJ port district. The Port of New York is unique as it is only one of two ports on the East Coast that house liquid bulk tenants. Cheng Solutions interviewed these liquid bulk tenants to examine plans for growth at current sites. We prepared the liquid bulk and breakbulk forecasts for the port to guide their market planning in the interest of increasing throughput capacity.
