Cheng Solutions evaluated industrial inventory, zoning impacts, rental rates and vacancy statistics to assess the potential for growth of multi-story warehousing in NYC to accommodate demand for in-city

e-commerce deliveries. We also forecasted the East-of-Hudson growth on inland port cargo tonnage to year 2055 by water, air cargo, truck, and rail.
